It has been found that men who are zinc deficient have immature sperm. This reduces their mobility, and they are unable to reach the egg to fertilize it. It can also lead to miscarriages in women.
In closing, make sure that you take enough zinc and other minerals and vitamins if you want to sire a health baby. Apart from eating foods that are rich in zinc, you should consider taking a quality liquid ionic zinc supplement as soon as you decide to start a family
