christmas
Let me start this post by wishing you a stunning Valentine’s Day filled with love, joy and peace
I was doing some research the other day and came across a post that really got me thinking. This was a post from a weight loss company who gave all sorts of advice on how to enjoy Valentine’s Day without disrupting one’s dieting efforts.
While some of the suggestions were good, some of them made me so thankful that I promote a program that allows one to indulge on special days such as this one without guilt.
One of the suggestions was to inform your date that you are on diet and list all the forbidden foods that you have to avoid. Wow! What an instant mood killer?
If I was single and received a phone call from my date, and she told me what she can and cannot eat when we go to dinner, I think I would cancel the date right away. How can I go out and eat spare ribs with all the trimmings when my date is eating lettuce and onions? I would not want to put someone through that pain.
This is one of the reasons that so many people make Herbalife their weight management company of choice
With Herbalife, you can eat anything that you want to. If you want to indulge yourself on special days such as Christmas, Thanksgiving or Valentine’s Day, you can. The Herbalife weight management program is really flexible and allows you to enjoy these days of celebration.
Some diets promise and deliver spectacular results; however, many of them compromise you nutritionally
This means that by using that particular diet, your body is not getting the right amount of nutrition. At some point, your body will start to crave certain foods, and then all hell breaks loose.
Before you know it; you have regained all the weight and then some.
Our clients who use Herbalife to manage their weight can rest assured that they will lose weight fast and at the same time get more nutrition than is possible with any other weight management program. At Christmas time and Valentine’s Day, they can still have their cake and eat it (pun intended).
Once again, happy Valentine’s Day and enjoy all the trimmings tonight when you eat out with your partner.
